By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• Access data or accounts that do not belong to you or your organization;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without authorization;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; or
• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

4. Your Content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pm2 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pm2 operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
